Weird vehicle having lights in different patterns was seen and could not be identified by someone who has USAF training background. As he couldn't liken the object to anything he knows, he asks the question: 'Is this a UFO?' And he goes on trying to describe what he is seeing with the naked eye and still makes nothing of it. This latest UFO in Utah was filmed on September 27, 2013.
WITNESS DESCRIPTION: "Strange UFO / Lights in the Sky Near St George, Utah, September 27th, 2013 at approx 10pm. Witnessed by several people at different locations. UFO appeared high in the night sky to the West of St George Utah. It appeared to hover or move slowly for several minutes. Then move off to the South at a fast rate of speed. Filmed on a camera phone near the APC warehouse."
