Ufo Sighting In Deland Florida On July 4Th 2013 Observed By Myself And Wife Pulsing Redgreen Orb Through Binoculars

UFO SIGHTING IN DELAND, FLORIDA ON JULY 4TH 2013 - OBSERVED BY MYSELF AND WIFE, PULSING RED/GREEN ORB THROUGH BINOCULARSOn the evening of the 4th of July at 9:35pm we went outside to observe the neighbors lighting off fireworks. I observed what I first thought to be a low helecopter but the light emited was unique and fuzzy. It was mostly red with pulsating green and with a red / yellow orb circle around the predominately red color. The weather condition was with low thin cloud cover this was observed to be under the clouds, maybe just within the lower level of clouds. There was no sound detected. It traveled in a straight path from SE to NE direction. It was observed for apporximatly 40 seconds. I was able to retrieve a pair of nikon 10x50 binoculars to observe it's departure in the NE direction. I clearly saw a bright red center with a hazey red orb around the brighter center.
