Ex -Air Force Lt. Colonel Richard French tells his story during the Citizens Hearing for Disclosure. French says he saw two aliens repairing a UFO off the coast of St. John in Florida back in the 1950's.

French was the head of Project Blue Book in the 1950's when he was ordered to check out a UFO sighting in St. John. When he arrived there was approximately 100 people and several police officers gathered around and looking in the water in disbelief. The water was very clear he recalls allowing them to view two round UFOs about 20 feet from the shore under the water. The UFOs were about 18 feet in diameter and about three feet thick.
He also describes how they could see two aliens working on the UFO under the water. Fench said the two aliens were light grey in color, very thin, had two or three fingers, around two or three feet tall, and having very long arms. French describes how one of the UFO started to rise out of the water at about 100 mph until it rose above the surface and immediatley accelerated to 2,500 to 3,000 mph. After 20 minutes or so the UFO returned coming to a near stop before entering the water. After returning the two aliens continued to work on the other UFO. A short while later both ships rose out of the water and and accelerated to a high rate of speed until out of site.
Richard French also goes on to testify that his job as the head of Project Blue Book was not to investigate UFO sightings but more to come up with a story to debunk them. He claims that he and a few friends would sit in the evenings drink cocktails and watch UFOs in the sky on an almost daily basis.
