SHORT UFO FACT: [Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico is another location that has been associated with many of the famous crash incidents as well as having its own sightings. In 1980 Kirtland suffered a number of low-level intrusions by UFOs in the vicinity of its nuclear weapons storage area. The sightings also consisted of radar jamming and electrical blackouts. Kirtland AFB also controls the Los Alamos National Laboratories and they intern control the Sandia Laboratories. ]

SHORT UFO FACT: [South Africa's most famous "CONTACTEE", Elizabeth Klarer, died from cancer at the age of 83 in February ('94). Her overriding aim appeared merely to impart her "ALIEN KNOWLEDGE" of the properties of electro-magnetism. Among the claims she made are that, in the World War II years, she was trained to observe UFO's for the South African Airforce. But perhaps her most remarkable claim is that she met and made love to what would probably be called a "NORDIC-TYPE" alien and subsequently was flown to his homeworld in the Alpha-Centauri star system where she gave birth to a son who remains there. Her story has aroused controversy and disbelief, but she has stuck to it for many years. ]
