Tablet of Mayan Rocket Man in Prometheus
leading from: Prometheus - The Return of the Space JockeyA) THE INVITATION VIA THE TOMB OF PAKAL VOTANOne of the tablets that displays the star pattern shown in Prometheus is based on the Sarcophagus Lid of the Tomb of Pakal Votan which is thought by many ancient astronaut theorists to depict an astronaut in a rocket ship cockpit.
As a viewer initially taking an interest in the trailer as it is found on line, this tablet is suddenly recognisable, one can see the details and what they have changed to make it fit into their story. One could say that it is unfair to take too much notice of it because it's only seen briefly at the side of the shot in the trailer, but for a fan of the Alien series who knows something about the Ancient Astronauts concept being introduced to the trailer with the ability to halt it wherever he wants, there are further questions to ask about it. In the film itself as it is seen on the big cinema screen it might be something really hardly noticeable and whatever is to be found in the mockup of a tablet isn't to be taken too seriously.
The replica shows a slightly altered replica of the sarcophagus lid, the man in the image now has a breathing pipe instead of the part of the image that is less easily imaginable as breathing apparatus and the Mayan depiction of the sky has been taken away and replaced with a very non-Mayan sky depicting the group of stars that in some of the images from archeological digs from around the world which show pictograms roughly match up with the star map seen and drawn by Betty Hill and indeed this starmap configuration becomes an issue at the beginning of Prometheus. However to point out the star pattern on this image would require some guess work.

The lower section of the tablet features a large reclined person with an iconic 'space jockey' head, very similar to that seen of the engineer in the later stages of the film. The entire tablet is bordered with symbol etchings and patterning. The characteristic 'star map' which is analysed during the film, can be seen on the top section of the tablet. This large prop is made from a biscuit foam cast which has had a hard resin skin applied on the outside. The mould has been carved, painted and detailed in a grey wash stone effect, then chipped to give an aged appearance. It has been moulded to mount on top of a green screen pole although this is no longer attached. The green screen pole would have been edited out to give the tablet a suspended appearance when used in the production. This iconic tablet is in fantastic production used condition and measures 75cm x 42cm x 11cm (29.5" x 16.5" x 4.5").

Von D"aniken since the 1960s has presented multitudes of ancient reliefs, drawings and sculptures and painting in broad strokes the idea that these are depictions of extra terrestrials and space ships. Another relief that resembles a 20th century perception of a rocket to some extent like the content of the tomb lid of Pakal Votan is the QUIRIGUA MAYAN RUINS: BACK FACE of STELA I (a STELA of JADE SKY, 16th King of Quirigu'a) possibly created around 800. It's not as likely to inspire people to think of it as a depiction of a man in a space craft as the Pakal Votan tomb lid but maybe someone might take a look at this thing through a Von D"aniken point of view and see this as a space craft, with the bird tail like plumer at the bottom as the rocket nozzle down (which is something the Pakal Votan tomb lid didn't have) with the pilot within the confines of the structure but seen from the front seated above an animal like head which in the Pakal Votan image would be the Monster of the Sun..

I sat with a friend on a swinging bench in his backyard in Harbor Springs, Michigan. We were both looking at sky, and without talking with each other we watched this white light come out of now where in the sky, faster than anything i have ever seen, it swooped in a straight line out of darkness and stopped, almost if it was looking at us. I remember distantly looking at my watch right before @ 2:05 AM and once we observed the UFO leave orbit. it Was 4:30AM and my friends mother open the window to the house to yell at us for being so pound. So it from the fastest thing i have ever seen, to a dead stop, then lost over 2 hours, and accelerated as fast as it stopped and left. We both looked at each other after his mother yelled at us through the window, looking at each other and talking over what we had just seen, and questioning the fact of the lost time. While we are now both believers we rarely tell people about what we saw because, we already learned that the story doesn't earn any credit, and we get shunned for believing. But we also dont speak much about it becuase we dont know what happened. Why did we loose time, as far as we know we were silent the entire time before his mother opened her bedroom window to yell at us. since that day, i have been unable to think the same way, do the same things, an my previous medical problems seemed to worsen. i have seen very similar sightings more and more and choose to kepp quiet, as to not be outcasted but as crazy as it sounds, i feel like they come every so often, and make their presence known. its starting to worry me, as if they are keeping tabs on me

After voyaging 2.4 billion miles through space, NASA's Dawn spacecraft is finally in the home stretch of its journey to Ceres, the largest member of the asteroid belt and one of five dwarf planets in the solar system.
Dawn was launched in 2007 to study two very different asteroids and learn more about the building blocks of our solar system. Ceres is Dawn's second stop; its first was Vesta, which the spacecraft circled from July 2011 to September 2012.
Now, after leaving Vesta and traveling through space for more than two years, the spacecraft is roughly 400,000 miles away from Ceres and speeding toward it at about 450 mph, with a rendezvous set for March 6.
Ceres is a dwarf planet, along with Haumea, Makemake, Pluto and Eris (whose discovery led to Pluto's infamous planetary demotion). At 590 miles across and holding roughly a third of the mass of the asteroid belt, Ceres is large enough that its own gravity pulls it into a spherical shape - which is part of why it was once considered to be very planet-like. In fact, Ceres was listed as a planet for decades after its discovery in 1801, and was briefly reconsidered during the 2006 debate surrounding Pluto's planetary status.
Ceres is the only dwarf planet in the inner solar system. Although it's much larger than Vesta, it's more of a mystery. Scientists have meteorites that they believe are from Vesta, which they can study and compare to Dawn's observations of the asteroid; but no such fragments found on Earth have been linked to Ceres. Until now, fuzzy images taken by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope have provided our best view of the icy dwarf planet. But that should change by the end of January, as Dawn approaches its target.
Why are these two "protoplanets" so different? Scientists think Vesta formed earlier, when radioactive material was more abundant and produced more heat, leaving the asteroid very dry. Ceres may have formed later. Some researchers also think that Ceres may have originated much farther out in the solar system, before being yanked into its current position during a dramatic upheaval earlier in the solar system's development.
As building blocks of our solar system that never became full planets, these protoplanets' divergent life stories could shed light on the early solar system's history.

The Seminole are a Native Americans in the United States people originally of Florida. They tell stories of 50 mile long underwater caves between Lake kissimmee and Lake Okeechobee. They say that these caves are sacred and protected by the sky people who they say often come from the sky and enter the caves via the 2 lakes. It is widely known that the 2 lakes have had many unexplained sightings of UFOS and Mysterious lights hovering above their waters. The Seminole Chief of Immokalee told our reporter that his grandparents told stories of giant caves full of golden tablets lining the walls of the cave.
The photo above was taken in one of the caves in 1977 which clearly shows the gold tablets, placed in a cavity along the cave wall. The picture was kept by a Seminole guide who had taken a group of cave explorers to the sacred sites.

FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. -- The International UFO Congress has come to the Valley for the first time, giving UFO enthusiasts the chance to hear about the "Phoenix lights" and other unexplained sightings in the skies.
The group is meeting through Sunday at the Fort McDowell Resort and Casino near Fountain Hills. More than 20 speakers will discuss UFO incidents ranging from the "Phoenix lights" to an alien landing in eastern Arizona to the Roswell incident, the most noted of UFO cases.
"These are not just a bunch of crazy people in the middle of nowhere who are seeing UFOs or talking about UFOs," said conference organizer Alejandro Rojas. "It's very credible people who go all the way to the top levels of the military and the government."
Rojas said six retired military servicemen will talk about their experiences with alien craft.

One might wonder why would anyone want to stage alien invasion. We shouldn't put it past Hollywood to try such a stunt to get some excitement going about the next big sci-fi mega movie, but their prowess in making space creatures and intergalactic ships realistic is all done in miniature.
The idea that we should be on the lookout for an invasion that was choreographed to fit someone's private plans isn't new. The notion comes from a warning delivered by one of the most NASA's original scientists some years ago.
Dr. Werner von Braun, a German scientist who worked in the Nazi aeronautics program came to the U.S. after World War II to join NASA. The leader of an elite group of civilian engineers and scientists who worked closely with the military and NASA for many years, von Braun was highly respected among his contemporaries. He is credited with many breakthrough accomplishments in the early years of NASA and remained with them through most of his career.
His knowledge of space, rockets and weapons systems was valuable enough that he and his group of German scientists were taken to the crash scene at Roswell to inspect the evidence. von Braun was involved in all manner of classified projects and his work took him in and out of different compartments of highly sensitive projects and programs in both the space and defense communities.
Following his retirement from NASA, von Braun became close friends with Dr. Carol Rosin, who was his spokesperson in the last years of his life. Dr. Rosin is a long standing space and missile consultant and the founder of the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space. The two met during Rosin's employment as the corporate manager of Fairchild Industries, an aerospace company.
During the final days of his life in 1977, von Braun told her about an agenda that had distinct steps that would lead to weaponizing space to control Earth from space along with space itself. There were four major moves planned to finalizing this thing. One of them was staging an alien invasion. That was the last step in the strategy.
In the years that have passed since she was given this set of warnings, they have all come to pass but that last one. Carol Rosin has been on a one woman mission to prevent weaponization of space for over three decades.
The ufology community has been aware of this set of steps for many years. Everyone is waiting for the last shoe to drop in this private maneuvering to control not just the world, but the universe. As conspiracy theories go, it's a juicy one. No country is allowed to take weapons into space - it is part of the agreed upon terms in the UN Space Treaty.
The U.S. did take weapons into space in 2011 when bombing the moon in search of water. A mission that made no sense then and still doesn't. Finding water on the moon does very little for Earth. It is too far away to be feasible to transport it here. The price of rocket fuel would cause a bottle of water to be worth more than its weight in gold. Not to mention that the moon is not a habitable planet for humans.
Is there really a bogus alien invasion being planned? That would be SUPER SECRET info, not the kind of data you will find published just anywhere. Some clues could be available in UFOs Disclosed where we reveal private information not found in the public domain.

On the night of August 30, a cluster of multicolored lights was seen floating in the the sky above Osaka.
Several people reported to Twitter that they saw a group of lights forming a triangular shape and flashing green, red and white in the night sky above Izumi city in Osaka prefecture.
The sightings caused a commotion on the Japanese Twitterverse after one user wrote: "Everyone in Osaka, go outside! There's a UFO!", prompting others to grab their cameras and snap up photos of mysterious luminous object.
Still, some people were quick to discredit claims that the lights are a UFO, pointing out that traditional sightings report UFOs as being circular in shape....
