Documentary Ufo In South America

The change in the Ecuadorian government's stance on UFO's is largely due to the tireless work of investigative journalist Jaime Rodriguez.On April 5, 2005, the Comision Ecuatoriana Para La Investigacion del Fenomeno Ovni (CEIFO) was created under the Presidency of Lucio Gutierrez.The film contains previously unseen footage and UFO reports declassified by President Raphael Correa, who took office in 2006.
