Over the past few days Dr. Edgar Mitchell has been kind enough to respond to our questions about statements he made in numerous media outlets that a high-level source known as "The Admiral" confirmed rumors of an extraterrestrial visitation.Dr. Mitchell confirmed to us that "The Herald Tribune story and as augmented by the Richard Dolan follow-up is basically correct."The Herald Tribune article reported: "Wilson, the former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, was head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1997 when he agreed to meet at the Pentagon with advocates of UFO declassification. Among them, he confirms, was Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell."
