Ufo Sightings New Pictures Of Ufo Over Berwickshire Add To Mystery February 2013

MARCH 11, 2013 - UNITED KINGDOM - New pictures of the strange blue object spotted in the Berwickshire night sky last month have added another layer of intrigue to what some say is a UFO mystery. This is one of four pictures taken by Paul Taylor that features the blue object.Paul Taylor was driving home from Berwick to Duns on February 1 when an unusual patch of light in the dark sky caught his attention.He stopped near Edrom to take four pictures with his digital SLR camera, but it wasn't until he blew them up on his computer a week later that the blue object framed by the patch of light stood out.When he then read in 'The Berwickshire News' that strange sightings had been reported on the same night in the Coldstream and Duns area, he decided to share his pictures with our readers.He explained: "I had been shopping in Berwick and was driving back to Duns on the Chirnside road. It at about 5.30pm when I saw a very unusual patch of light in the dark sky. I hadn't seen anything like it before."I always have my camera with me, so I stopped the car and took four pictures. I was pointing the camera towards Duns. The blue object was in all four shots, but I hadn't noticed it when taking the pictures."There has been lots of speculation about what was in the sky that night, but no definitive answer. John Robson of Coldstream was walking his dog up to Coldstream Mains Farm at about 8.45pm when he saw what he described as "a large orb". He said it was a distinctive, lime green colour but changed to completely white before heading off silently to the north. Several drivers in the Duns area also reported odd lights in the sky that night.Some say the so-called 'UFO' was one of the coloured lights set up around Marchmont House for the Berwickshire Hunt Ball. Others believe it was the Northern Lights. Paul wouldn't like to guess, but hopes his picture will help shed some light on the mystery.He added: "When I read in the paper that others had spotted strange things on the very same night it made me even more intrigued. The pictures might be of the same object others spotted that night. If it was a helicopter you would be able to see lights.
